Rodney Peerman, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Mr. Peerman manages the day-to-day business functions of Lightspeed Connections, including client operations, sales, and administration of the company. In addition, Mr. Peerman serves as Chief Technology Officer for numerous clients. Mr. Peerman Co-founded Lightspeed Connections after serving 15 years with the Federal Government where he was most recently Chief of Information Management. During Mr. Peerman’s government service he held numerous positions from Network Analyst to Directorate of Information Management.

David Henry, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. David Henry is a founder and Chief Technology Officer for Lightspeed Connections, Inc. (LSC). He brings 15 years of information technology (IT) experience to LSC. He has worked in many capacities in this industry as a developer, Senior Systems Engineer and IT Manager. He served as an independent consultant for 8 years before founding LSC. During this time, Mr. Henry worked with national and international based businesses helping them build and improve there IT infrastructure in such diverse markets as Finance, Law, Banking, and Shipping. Some of the companies Mr. Henry has worked for include IPI, Prada, Chase Manhattan Bank, Sterling National Bank, Millenium Maritime Services, Investor Select Advisors, Bedford Freeman and Worth Online Publishing. Mr. Henry holds a B.A. Degree from Howard University, Washington, D.C.

Tanya Tolentino, Director of Operations
Mrs. Tolentino is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations at Lightspeed Connections, Inc. Her principle areas include administrative, sales and finance. Working together with the Executive Team, she contrives the foundation that will enable LSC to continue its innovative and dynamic work. As one of the main point-of-contacts for Lightspeed she plays an imperative part working with contract and non- contract clients handling all customer-related services. Tanya brings to the company 15 years of customer service experience as well as 5 years of management experience. Tanya currently holds an MBA from Walden University.
